What is the most popular custom button size?

1.25" for band merch and giveaways, 1.5" for everyday designs with a little more room, and 2.25" for campaigns and statements. When in doubt, 1.5" is the safest all-rounder.

How much bigger should my artwork be than the button?

Designs wrap around the shell edge, so artwork needs bleed beyond the face size — our templates build it in automatically. Keep text inside the centre safe zone.

Do bigger buttons cost much more?
